From the Foster:
We have been fostering these 2 little baby brothers for 3 whole days now. They are typical big bellied, clumsy, adorable, curious puppies! They are not yet potty trained, but trying hard to figure it out. A firm "NO" stops them in their tracks. They are learning to walk on leashes, but get all tangled up trying to explore everything (and they explore everything with their mouths and sharp baby teeth). They do like their crate and will sneak in there for a nap. Also, I put them in the crate for 30 minutes when I have to get some work done which they tolerate very well. They do not make a peep while in their crate, but they do have each other. They can make it about 7 hours at night before they wake up for a potty break. I anticipate that there will be some crying for the first few nights when they get to their forever home. The crate is in our bedroom at night with us. They are both good with other dogs. We have a daschund that wrestles with the pups. We also have a very large ridgeback that they want to play with, but she intimidates them a bit (but she intimidates just about everyone, because she is big...). They hide behind me when meeting new people. But once they decide that new someone is OK, then best friends forever! Neither one is food or toy aggressive.
All dogs are in individual foster homes throughout the Twin Cities.

If you live in MN, WI, IA, SD, ND, or IL and would like to meet/adopt this animal or anyone else, then please fill out an adoption application at
http://secondhandhounds.org/adoption-information/
and the foster(s) will be in touch! Keep in mind that there may be multiple applicants applying for the same animal(s).
You only need to complete 1 application for multiple animals that you're interested in.
Note
- We change an animal's listing to say "PENDING ADOPTION" when they already had a meet and greet with a family who plans to adopt
that animal. We put "NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS" on a listing when an animal has multiple applications in and the foster has asked to stop accepting any more while they review the applications they've already received.
