So, let’s get the logistics out of the way.

• Knows sit – like nobody’s business!

Cade came to us quite stressed but after a day, his true wonderful, derpy, personality came out.  He is very food motivated, so training has been easier.  Once he settles down, he loves to cuddle/squish on top of you.  He is allowed to sleep with us in bed at night and there have been no issues—he loves being next to or between his people and waits till his people are ready to get going for the day before jumping out of bed.  

Cade is a pretty easy guy when it comes to other dogs.  It takes a short slow intro for him to feel comfortable and then he's good.  He seems to do best with dogs his size or smaller, but I think with the right dog he'll be just fine.   He's overly tolerant of the cat in the house, who constantly is boxing his nose and hopping all over him.  

Cade truly believes he is super graceful, but in reality, he needs some…practice ^__^  He is still learning that love comes when all four are on the floor.  That taking treats in a gentle manner is the way to go.  And when he is excited, composure is key.  Cade is such a people pleaser and lover, that he truly works hard to be the best that he can be.  And given the fact that he had to ‘tough it out’ on his own for a little bit—he is doing amazing!

All dogs are in individual foster homes throughout the Twin Cities.

Note  - We change an animal's listing to say "PENDING ADOPTION" when they already had a meet and greet with a family who plans to adopt   that animal.  We put "NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS" on a listing when an animal has multiple applications in and the foster has asked to stop accepting any more while they review the applications they've already received.
