"Abel", who I refer to as Oreo because of his black and white fur, is the sweetest puppy! He LOVES to cuddle up right next to me. He typically follows me everywhere I go, unless I am vacuuming- he hides then. He loves to play fetch, it is one of his favorite activities, although he isn't always the best at returning the ball because he gets too excited chasing them. He gets along great with other dogs and has made several new friends since arriving at my place.... he is very playful. Since he is a puppy, everything is new to him so he gets nervous easily but if you are patient with him he warms up to the changes quickly.
He loves to be outside but since he is a short-haired dog he tends to get cold quickly so I usually have a sweater on him if it is below 30 degrees out. He is house-trained to go on pee pads and rarely has accidents. He knows to go potty outside too but since he is a puppy and needs to relieve himself every few hours, it is convenient that he uses the pee pads during the day (when I'm at work).
A few other favorite things of his: stuffed toys-he likes to tear them apart, hard boiled eggs, apples, Greenies (dental bones).
All dogs are in individual foster homes throughout the Twin Cities.
