From the Foster: Nadia is the perfect dog for someone who loves labs, but thinks they don't have enough space for one! She is an adorable mini lab, very sweet and affectionate. She had a rough start in life, so still has some fears about new things, but has built a lot of confidence since she has been in a foster home. 

She is so happy when her person comes home that her whole little body wiggles like crazy!  She would prefer to be an only dog, but might warm up to a calm, mature dog with a slow introduction.

She lives with four cats, and likes to interact with them, but is very gentle.

Nadia is very food motivated, and has learned a few commands, like sit, shake and stay. She is not a barker, and can hold her potty forever!  Although she loves a fenced yard to run and play in, she would probably do well in a condo or town home too.  She is a special little girl who would probably prefer a quieter environment (although she seems to do fine with older children). 

All dogs are in individual foster homes throughout the Twin Cities.
