From the Foster:

Hattie, who also goes by Biscuit, is the ultimate cuddle bug. She wants to sleep right next to you, and will follow you around the house. She's making progress on house training and doing well on a schedule, but hasn't yet figured out the wanting to g out part of it. Some of this seems to be that outside isn't as good as inside -- with you!

She is currently living with a dog and a cat, and has done well with both. She loves playing and enjoys spending time trying to kill her stuffy toys. Hattie is looking for a home where she can be someone's best buddy.

Hattie can get vocal when left alone, so may not do well with shared walls.

Hello! I'm pending some medical care but still available for adoption. I will need an orthopedic surgery called an "FHO" (femoral head /neck osteotomy) completed by a specialist at the SHH Vet Center. The recovery period requires strict rest and restricted activity for 8 weeks so I'm going to need an adopter aware of this. Prior to my FHO surgery, I will have another surgery for a stenotic snare repair, dental procedure and a spay. I am currently on medication for an inflamed mammary but if treatment is not effective, this will be removed during my surgery. Also, I have grade 2 MPL (medial patella luxation) in my right knee and a grade 2-3 MPL in my left knee. Fortunately, I am not showing any signs of pain or lameness at this time. Lastly, the SHH vet team found a small area of pigmentary keratitis in both of my eyes. Both my knees and eyes  should be monitored by my future veterinarian as treatment may be needed in the future . I will be adopted with a PMA (pending medical adoption) contract so my adoption can take place, while SHH still manages the financial responsibility of my surgeries. Any other medical care needed outside of these surgeries and related recheck appointments would be the responsibility of my new family.
