From the Foster:
Hi! Nadia is a super sweet pup! She’s a happy pup who wags her tail and likes to cuddle. She’s kid friendly, BUT she is very much a mouthy puppy who needs reminders about what she should chew when she’s feeling excited :)
Nadia sleeps in a kennel in our room at night, and does well. But if crated while you are home she will bark and cry. She also barks and cries a bit as we leave the house with her crated. That said, shared walls should be very aware of this. It might not be the best fit. She loves the backyard and has been AMAZING with potty training so far! And while I’m sure she not potty trained, she is doing exceptionally well so far. As far as other dogs, I have a very friendly little dog who loves playing with puppies and Nadia is just now starting to come out of her shell and start to play. She loves chasing my dog and they’re starting to wrestle :) She is equally happy with a canine friend or human family so she will fine wherever she is loved! She does great in the car and is ready for adventure.
Nadia would love a home where she can be someone’s baby. She is pretty chill and often just wants to lay near me as I work. I think she could be a great family dog for a dog savvy family ready for a mouthy pup. Or a very sweet fur baby for a couple ready to dote on something adorable. Or a best friend for someone looking for a loyal companion in a four legged and furry package. Please feel free to apply for Nadia if you have more questions!
Nadia would do best with a fenced yard at this point since she’s nervous on a leash. Or with an owner who is very patient with her as she figures out how to be a dog and go for walks and potty on a leash. A fenced yard would also make potty training easier, but it’s not a must. She’s flexible! ;)
