Hi!  I’m Eloise and I’d love to be part of your family…as long as you just have people & dogs in that family, not other cats!   I don’t want to have to share my people with another kitty if I can possibly be their one & only…and I’m FIV+, so it’s just safer that way too!   But I could probably learn to live with another kitty if I had to.  :--)

My foster mom calls me her social butterfly…I love people of all sizes & shapes & dispositions (although I’m not always in the mood to be picked up)!   I particularly like people who want to give me pets or who will play with me!  Do you get lonely working at your desk by yourself?   I’d be happy to keep you company or warm up your lap or even ‘help’ with your work if you’d like!

I love my toys…especially stick toys or bouncy balls.  I just love when I get a chance to get in touch with my inner lion and POUNCE!  Sometimes I even like to pounce on foster mom’s computer mouse!   Gotta keep those hunting instincts sharp…and it is a MOUSE after all!

I’ve got a BIG foster sister… she’s something foster mom calls a boxer.  I like to help keep her clean with a little lick or rub to show her how much I love her.  If you’ve got a dog who would like to cuddle up with me at night, that would be great…but I could cuddle with a person instead!

I am a very curious cat…I like car rides & adventures…more people to meet!  Since we know what can happen to curiosity & the cat, foster mom says to just make sure I’m leashed or contained (and watch doors & windows at home) or I’ll likely wander off to meet new friends!

Foster mom says I should mention that I don’t hear all that well, although it doesn’t bother me a bit.   Foster mom just taps the floor or the surface I’m perching on to get my attention…I can feel the vibrations.    She says it’s got it’s benefits, as I can sleep through pretty much any ruckus!

So I’d just love it if you are looking for a lap warmer or office mate or adventure buddy if you would come meet me and give me a nice long belly rub, or maybe some ear scratches!  It would be awesome!
