Zee loves to cuddle and enjoys sleeping in your lap, but is also very independent and curious. She does well on a leash and follows me closely as we walk. Zee is house broken and provides cues when she needs to go outside.  We are working on being comfortable in a crate and it takes her a bit to settle in.  Since I have a few dogs at the house, I have been using a crate to separate at specific times (like feeding) and during the overnight (as needed).  She prefers to be out of the crate and have free access to roam the house.  She will find the most curious places for a nap (in the bath tub, in the laundry basket of clothes and under blankets).  My son has taken her into his room for an overnight and she sleeps quietly throughout the night.   She loves car rides.

Zee is barrier reactive and will bark when in the car and someone passes by.  She will also bark when she is in her kennel and the other dogs are visible. While she is roaming, she does fine around my smaller poodle, but we are still working on socializing her with my 1 year lab especially during feeding times.  I have only had her for a few days, so this is something that we are working on.  Zee has been through some change and it will take time for her to settle into her environment.  Secondhand Hounds has resources that will help integrate her into your home if you have existing pets.
