Nala is a happy-go-lucky puppy with the perfect amount of sass to boot! She's still potty training, but does very well on a schedule and understands puppy pads like a pro! She still gets into things like grabbing a shoe or checking if there are goodies on the counter, but  her manners have improved so much in the short week that I've had her and it's obvious she loves to learn and loves to please her people! My favorite trait is her sass. It  comes out when I redirect her or say "no" to things like biting hands. That's when she likes to talk back a little bit -and good luck not laughing when a pitty puppy is yowling at you about how things aren't fair because you won't let her use your hand as a chew toy! When she's not being sassy, Nala is an expert level snuggler. She loves to lay in people's laps and give kisses before quickly falling fast asleep. She's also the perfect playmate to other dogs. She's interested in my cats and tries to get them to play, but will back off when they say no. One of her best qualities is that she's really great at playing by herself with a toy (watching her throw a tennis ball for herself is the cutest thing ever) so she would fit in to just about any family! That said, it feels like she has endless energy, so she would love a home with a playmate, children (just remember she's still a puppy so she might bite or knock kids over unintentionally), or owners who like to get out and exercise with her! Overall, Nala is a perfect girl who is ready to make her forever family feel complete!
