Shepherd (short coat) : : Female : : Baby : : Large
Name: Balvenie
From the Foster: My name is Balvenie (my humans call me Luna). I am working really hard on my potty training. I have been using a bell to let my family know when I need to go out. I know the command “sit”, and I am working on “stay” and “down”. I love to play with my puppy cousin. My foster mama tells me that she cannot believe that I wear out Remy because he has so much energy too, I guess that is the pup in me. I want to play with my puppy sister, but she is not having it. My foster mama tells my she’s a cranky Chihuahua. Although, I think she is starting to warm up to me because she does let me go by her and sniff her, but just briefly because than she shows me her pearly whites. I am learning that is a sign to leave her alone. I love to play with my squeaky toys, tennis ball, and rope. I have started to take a liking to my humans’ shoes. I don’t chew on them, I just like to carry them around the house. On the other hand, I am quite the napper and cuddler. I sleep hard so hard that my foster mama was concerned about me at first, then she realized it was just typical puppy sleep. I love to sleep anywhere I can lay my head down and stretch out. I will sleep in my kennel if I have to, but I will usually let my humans know about my displeasure for a little while, and then I crash. I have been sleeping with my foster sister in her bed. My foster mama is so proud of me because I sleep all night long and have never had an accident! I love to play outside in the snow, and go for walks. I go for 2-3 walks every day, and I am well-behaved. I stay by my people and happily wag my tail when I see new friends. My foster family tells me I am the “best little girl” all the time and that I am going to make some family so happy.
