I'm happy to introduce you to a very sweet girl, Nala. She is smart and wants to please her humans. She is doing very well learning to potty outside on a schedule, and sleep and rest in her kennel-no complaints(!). She has a highly developed nose, and is learning to stay down from the counter or dining table. We're working on loose leash walking, as her motto is, "There are not enough hours in the day to smell everything" and she really gets nose down-she is making great progress! She loves her walks and runs, and really settles in when she's able to burn off some energy. In general she has moderate energy.

 

As a puppy she is learning everything of course, and will benefit from the time, attention and clear training to continue to develop the positive behaviors that she's capable of. She naturally sits to watch her humans or look out the front door, so she's far ahead on "sit" and we're working on "off" and "stay". Other than taking off with a sock once, no taking things or chewing on things that aren't her toys. In her limited exposure to small children she did well, and we expect she'll do well with kids in general. She is curious about other dogs, proper introductions will enable her to make new friends.
