Ace (of base) hopes you saw the sign and knows that you’ll be happier WITH him in your life! Ace is a very sweet boy looking for his forever family and would be an awesome addition to any family looking for the velco companion.  Ace LOVES people and would prefer to be around them at all times. This has manifested in a little separation anxiety, but he’s on meds to help him deal with that. Ace is crate trained, though he can protest when he first goes in so shared walls might not be ideal unless you have very understanding neighbors. Ace is about 98% potty trained and will let you know when he wants to go out. He also comes when called and knows how to sit for a treat or a snuggle.

Ace is currently living with two foster dog siblings and while he doesn’t seem to mind them, he currently doesn’t really try to play with them either. I don’t know if he’s met any kids, but I think as long as they didn’t startle him (he can be a little nervous around strangers) then he would be fine. He wants to please his people badly so training should be a breeze. Ace is currently getting over a little skin infection that has left him a little pink and growing in new hair. He’s not contagious and seems to be fine – he just might want a sweater come colder weather!
