Daisy is the definition of a gentle giant. She will follow you around house and cuddle with you like a lap dog. She is great around kids of all ages. She loves being around other dogs, on walks she will greet her friends and say hi! 

 

She REALLY loves her crate and willingly goes in when we leave for work (about 4 hours at a time). We kennel her at night because she is easily spooked if it is dark and she cannot see who is in front of her. If she gets nervous she will growl and sometimes bark.

 

She doesn't jump or get excited when people come to the door or ring the doorbell, however, she is "shy" around new people and it takes a little time to warm up to new faces.

 

She would enjoy a home where she is walked frequently. A fenced in yard would be ideal because she likes to run and play, but it's not a necessity.
