Daisy Mae is a very sweet, gentle, submissive girl that lived her life making puppies.  She is a little shy to come up to you, but oooh she wants to so bad.  Her tail is wagging and she comes up close, goes back, comes up close again and eventually she gets super brave and lets you pet her.  She loves to go outside with the other dogs at her foster home.  When foster mom says “outside” everyone comes running.  She immediately does her business outside and so far has not had an indoor accident. 

Daisy Mae gets along very well with the other dogs in her foster home, but she really loves her people.  If you would like to sit with her and pet her for hours, she would be in heaven.  She has not exhibited any aggression and I trust her completely with my grandchildren.  Daisy volunteered to help at the Secondhand Hounds booth at the PRIDE event.  She kept her head up and let everyone pet her.  She lasted about two hours, before she fell asleep exhausted.  I was very impressed with how well she did with all the people and noise.  She hasn’t learned yet what a toy is or how to play, but if you are looking for a low-key best friend, she’d love to meet you.
