From the Foster:

Hadley did not have the easiest start to her life but has shown to be a resilient dog in her foster home. She came from a hoarding situation where she was not properly socialized and was terrified of everything. Hadley is still a little timid and shy, but has also turned into a silly snuggle monster. She goes full out wiggle butt when her foster mom gets home from work. She also has developed a love of toys and is a destroyer of squeakers! She has become much more comfortable being around people and other dogs, but she does still get spooked easily. Hadley needs a fenced in yard because when she does get spooked she will try to run and hide. She would do best in a calmer home that does not have small children and one where there isn't a lot of coming and going of new people. She loves to be around the resident dogs and looks for them for comfort and confidence. Having another confident dog around will help Hadley continue learning how to be a dog. She did require slow intros when she was first brought to her foster home but has since met other dogs and didn't have issues. She has done great with being housebroken and hasn't had a single accident in her foster home. Hadley is usually pretty quiet but does bark (and run to hide) if there is a loud noise that scares her. Hadley is looking for a forever home that will continue to show her the ropes on being a dog and be accepting of her quirks.
