From the Foster:

Jane is the sweetest dog I have ever met! She was pretty scared and nervous when we first got her, but she is definitely showing improvement as she adjusts. Even though she is nervous, she isn't shy - she LOVES people and wants to be petted and follows us around everywhere we go.

She still gets scared pretty easily by loud noises and quick movements, so a home with no kids or older, considerate kids would be a good fit.

She goes potty outside if she is taken out consistently, and for now she is much more likely to go if you take her on a short walk than just letting her run in the yard. She has had a few accidents in the house, but I think that was just due to the transition from shelter to house, so as long as you keep up with positive reinforcement when she goes outside and let her out often enough, she should be ok.

In case you have shared walls - she does howl and bark a lot if you leave the house. Other than that, she hasn't made a peep so far!

She hasn't shown much interest in toys yet, but one of her favorite things to do (besides cuddle) is to run around the yard, especially if she can chase you.

We love this sweet, tiny beagle, and everyone who has visited our house has fallen in love with her too!
