Rachel is a sweet, affectionate dog.  She enjoys snuggling on the sofa (in your lap if you’ll let her!) and giving kisses. She is happy to play alone with her toys or chase and wrestle with her canine foster brother in the backyard.

She has great house manners as well as excellent communication skills! Rachel will let you know when she wants to go out or when it is time to eat. She walks well on a leash and rides well in the car. We’ve been working on basic commands like sit, shake and wait.

While Rachel is crate trained, she does well uncrated, too. She is quiet in her crate overnight and when I leave the house for extended periods of time. She offers a little resistance to the crate, communicating a preference for an uncrated environment. 

Rachel will make a loyal and loving companion!
