From the Foster: If there were ever a pit bull to destroy the stereotype, Nala is the one!  She is the sweetest little girl you'll ever meet! Her and boyfriend Simba were brought to SHH from a shelter down south, and low and behold she was already 'in a family way' when she arrived.  S he gave birth to 8 beautiful pittie puppies!  She has been an amazing mother--so sweet and gentle.  But now her puppies are almost ready to leave the nest, which means she's also ready to find her forever home.  She's potty-trained, does roaming the house while I'm gone, and knows basic commands.  She has been friendly to everyone she meets (even kids) but needs a home without small dogs.  All Nala wants is to be loved and cuddled! Even while pregnant she enjoyed walks and I think would love to be an active dog, but is also okay just hanging out at home sometimes.  Who wants to bring this perfect little pittie girl into their family??
