Dakota is house-trained and sleeps in his crate at night. We have been successfully working on the “sit”, “settle”, and “off” commands. He is appropriately food and treat motivated. Dakota is a huge lover! He loves every human and every dog, and never lunges toward either on walks. Dakota’s dream world is filled with belly rubs and things to sniff. This young guy has a lot of energy! He loves to exercise and go on long walks, and run around our fenced-in yard. An ideal home for Dakota would be able to accommodate his energy. He needs a few good walks every day in order for him to relax in the home! Dakota has some separation anxiety and does not like to be left alone for too long but this may subside with a little more time in a home to relax, or with a dog friend to keep him company as well.
