Name: Cal Cal is a sweetheart, and a handsome guy. He looks like he might have some shepherd mixed with the husky, but we're not sure. He is friendly to everyone and gives kisses. He has only had one potty accident, and that was in his first couple of hours with us. He took to our son's bean bag chair immediately and napped on it.
He enjoys going for walks and does not pull much at all. Our kids take turns holding his leash.
Cal has been settling in nicely. He seems to have a bit of a tummy upset, which we are treating him for. He's polite and never jumps up on the furniture or people. (Ok he does make himself at home on our outdoor furniture).
I think Cal would do nicely with someone who won't leave him too many hours at a time, at least in the beginning. He's not too fond of going in his crate, and sometimes flat out refuses. He has not been destructive at all when left home for a few hours in our 3-season room. We'll continue working on getting him comfortable entering his crate and learning a few commands.
