From the Foster:

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR THE PUPPY EXPERIENCE BUT WITH A SLIGHTLY BIGGER GIRL, LOOK NO FURTHER!

Daisy is a girl that wants love and to give love...

What the pics don't show are her white feet, as though she dabbed  them in paint, Or the way her ears seem to flip every which way, the way she greets you with a sneer (her way of smiling), or how she finds the most awkward ways to sleep.

A tall girl, Daisy looks older than she is. And as a PUPPY, she's still learning, and relearning proper habits; not sure she got the best direction in her youth.

That being said, she exudes that puppy energy and may get a little too playful and jumpy (a little puppy nip with her play) trying to work on that.
She's fine with kids, but I believe she'd  be too hyper around young (not yet school-aged) children.

Her relationship to cats varies on the cat. Luckily she has exposure to several cat attitudes here. No major concerns and can be corrected. May not be the best for a cat that is overly timid and needs its space. Daisy's not familiar with personal space.

She loves to play with resident (senior) dog. Can get a bit too playful and not always the best with personal space. Takes resident dog's food and vice versa.  Plays hard. Sleeps hard.

Not knowing her potty-training history, Not sure if not properly trained or left outdoors, but she still has accidents. She tries to do her best. She attempts to tell you she has to go potty, but sometimes there are miscues.
She will not let me leave her alone in the back yard or even on the other side of fence. It seems to stress her that she may be left there.
She will go out with my dog, usually do her business, and then the two "play" for quite awhile, so a doggie friend can be an asset.

Daisy likes to play. And she likes to chew. She likes dog toys she can fling into the air and chew on. She's not a "gentle chewer." we supply her with Nylabones and hard chews to keep her occupied though she's been distracted by the kids' toys and my shoes. And she likes playing "ball"- it's like fetch, without bringing it back to you. The trick: 2 balls. Working on that game. With toys, VARIETY IS KEY.

She's doing better in her crate-training. We crate her at night. She whines a little bit (and a bit more loudly when she needs to go out) but mostly quiet.
During the day, we crate her when we leave (accidents, chewing) AND realize she barks. SHE DOES NOT LIKE HER PEOPLE GONE-BEST IF NOT IN PLACE WITH SHARED WALLS.
Left her out of crate with resident dog and does a little better- still a puppy and so a work in progress. I think once she realizes she's safe and her PEOPLE   are coming back, she'll improve.
She's fine in crate, if needs to be put in while someone present.
Daisy likes to sit on the back of our sofa and look out window. She likes to bark. Will quite if call her out.

Daisy is a sweet dog and wants to impress and love you and looking for that love, security, and guidance.
