From the Foster:
Klondike & Dakota. Dakota & Klondike... you won't be able to call one without the other! These boys are like your stereotype brothers. They snuggle with each-other, wrestle with each other, argue with each other, and fight for your attention with each other. They are awesome. A good way to summarize they're personality would be the scenario in which you have twins and they finish each others sentences at the same time and then look at each other and laugh out loud. They are super sweet and will be super excited to cuddle up for some pets. They LOVE to wrestle around with each other, but are very in-tune when it is quiet time. They are crate trained and about 90% potty trained on a good schedule (just need to make sure they do #2 outside or when on a walk). They know sit (either by command or by snappnig your fingers), they are working on "stay" and "down". "Down" is a big one, they are respectful, but still young - because of they're energy with each other they would need monitoring around any little ones. They do well eating with others and sharing toys. Both love others dogs, but can be rough at play with little dogs. It is easy to get their attention, they are eager to please and want to obey. They do OK with cats. The resident cat is really easy going, Klondike is great with just sniffing, but sometimes Dakota wants to play and the cat isn't all about that. Both dogs are good on leashes, they love walks, and LOVE runs. They also enjoy car rides.. but one always has to upfront to help you get to where you are going. Dakota & Klondike are an adorable, goofy, fun pair who would do great in many different types of homes. They would benefit from a little more obedie
nce training - just to sharpen up the remaining of their commands & a family who is active or able to keep them moving and playing when they need it. They love giving kisses & are ready to find their forever homes!
All dogs are in individual foster homes throughout the Twin Cities.
