Dallas is a perfect pooch! She is super gentle and sweet all the time. She loves to play tug of war and go on walks. She has great self control and is getting good at waiting patiently (even for belly rubs when you get home). She is a really shy girl, but after a couple belly rubs she will LOVE you. She seems to quickly become attached to her "parents" and won't get scared anymore. When a person enters the house and her "parent" is home, she will bark at the intruder but calms down after some reassurance. She loves walks and is leash trained; she isn't quite ready for off-leash walks. She has had no behavioral issues, does not pee in the house, shows no aggression, and seems very smart. I'm told she has been through obedience classes and it shows. She is perfectly fine with being home alone 8+ hours and has never made a mess or been naughty while alone.

She cannot go to a home with teen boys. She is terrified of them and obedience trainers have warned the prolonged fear could develop into aggressive behavior.

She would prefer a moderately active home with either a yard or daily walks.
