Flash is a very perky senior. She is more comfortable around women. She loves being with other dog-friendly dogs. She is low key and low maintenance. She is house trained and will bark if she needs to go out. She is loving and a real character. She has some trust issues with being picked up. She may snap at you as a warning. She enjoys head rubs, tummy rubs and butt rubs once she gets to know you. Is gentle with treats and is on some medicine for her eyes, her back and Prozac. She would be best in a one-level home. Sleeps through the night. Doesn't need crating.

Hello! Throughout my veterinarian care at Secondhand Hounds, a few things have been discovered. I have a lipoma mass on my chest which is fortunately a benign (non-cancerous) accumulation of fat cells. The vet team has been monitoring the mass and it has remained stable. I am on pain medication due to arthritis as well as a prescription diet that has improved GI issues. My future adopter should continue to monitor and manage my health with a primary veterinarian at the adopter's expense. Flash is also on a daily dose of fluoxetine which helps with anxiety.
