From the Foster:  

Rubble is a Border Collie mix who secretly wants to be a lap dog. He's very friendly to all people, even strangers, and loves being petted. He recently had his back right leg amputated, and is walking and running around as though nothing ever happened. He loves walks and is very interested in sniffing anything he can, but will stay with you and won't pull too hard away from you on leash. He is house trained but has had a couple accidents, but that could be due to the anxiety of a new place, the pain meds he's on due to the amputation, or the cone he has to wear until the incision is healed.
 
He's a very friendly dog! He loves to run outdoors and snuggle indoors. He's very low key and friendly!

All dogs are in individual foster homes throughout the Twin Cities.
