From the Foster: Meet Tinsley!  Tinsley is very loyal to her family and is always happy to see you when you come home.  She’s affectionate and seeks attention or a lap to curl up on.  She is totally house trained and has been left out of her crate with no incidents while we were gone for short periods.  Tinsley is finicky about her dog likes/dislikes-she can be either playful or slow to warm depending on the other dog’s temperament.  She can get vocal until her position is established.  She can also be possessive of her toys and food with other dogs, but is fine with her humans in that regard.  She prefers to sleep in her human’s bed, but will adapt as long as she’s near her people.  Tinsley looks like a mini teddybear which is why kids want to hug her all the time.  However, Tinsley is not keen of little kids and would do better in a house without young kids/grandkids on the scene.  She is great on a leash and loves to explore.  She needs a fenced yard and/or someone who can get her out for walks daily.  She is mellow in the house but needs that mental stimulation of being outdoors.  She does well on car rides.  For a terrier breed Tinsley she is fairly quiet, she only barks briefly to alert us of people walking by the yard or coming to the house.  I suspect she would not do well with cats. Tinsley is a very good dog and will do wonderful in the right home.

Tinsley is a super sweet and fun girl with a typical terrier personality. She has lots of busy terrier energy, and would do great with an active person, or a fenced in yard that she can get her zoomies out in!
Tinley can be particular about her animal buddies, so any prospective homes with a dog will have to meet her to make sure it's a good fit!

All dogs are in individual foster homes throughout the Twin Cities.
