From the Foster:
Reba is the sweetest little doggie soul you’ll ever meet. She wants nothing more than to spend time with her people. She’s happiest when she’s being carried or sitting in your lap. Her big brown eyes as she looks up at you will melt your heart! And just wait till you see her do her famous “Reba shake”: a full body shimmy that starts with her head and ends up with her whole body doing a little wiggle--too cute! She’ll stay by your side if she’s not in your arms, but does appreciate a soft dog bed to snuggle down into. And sweaters are a must to keep this little one warm! She’s potty trained on a schedule, sleeps soundly through the night and only wakes up when we do. She’s been sleeping in bed with her human foster family and loves it! Reba has spent time with dogs much bigger than her (not hard to do when you are only 7 pounds!) and seems to do well, but is more interest in her humans than her dog friends. She doesn’t like it when our high energy foster puppy shows his excitement around her, and can be protective of her space and her person if she’s in your lap. She’s learning how to relax a little when other dogs are just being dogs! She walks very well on a leash and is relaxed in the car. Reba would be a great companion for someone who wants a true lapdog and snuggly little companion to love forever.
All dogs are in individual foster homes throughout the Twin Cities.
