Skimpy, ( we call him Toby), is a very cute, lovable little dog. He loves to cuddle in your lap and be with you wherever you are. He is afraid of other dogs and people he does't know including children. Once he gets to know people however he is very friendly. He likes to pull at your pant legs to get your attention. He does not bite and doesn't bark very much. He loves to run off leash when he gets the chance. No dog parks however. He needs someone who has patience to work with him on the fear issues, might do better in a home without small children. He is still a very young dog, fun loving with many good traits.
All dogs are in individual foster homes throughout the Twin Cities.
